Whether you’re new to the software or looking to reacquaint yourself with it, an Introduction to FundRaiser class is a great place to start. While the course does cover basic functions such as how to add a name and a gift, then send a thank you letter, it also discusses features of the software, as well as additional training that may be available.

Who should take an Introduction to FundRaiser class?

The class was initially designed for someone who is new to the software. New volunteers or new employees are all great candidates for taking the class. And most importantly, the class comes with your annual maintenance plan. There are no additional charges or training credits required!

To sign up for an online instructor-led session, visit our training calendar. We hold the classes on Tuesdays. Select the Tuesday, and if a time isn’t already indicated, choose either our morning or afternoon session. Then, fill out the form. We’ll send a confirmation email and let you know that you’re signed up. Or, you can watch the video version of the class available through the customer portal at your convenience. It’s available 24/7.

If you’ve been using the software for a while you may wonder whether the Introduction to FundRaiser class is a good fit for you. It is if you feel as if you’re using only a limited number of the features available in the software or would like to know what areas the training will focus on, beyond the course descriptions. It might also spark an idea for how you can use the software or things that your organization will be willing to track and use for reporting.

Looking for other training or ways to enhance your use of the software? Feel free to reach out to our support or training teams for assistance.
