5 Things To Be Thankful For With FundRaiser

It’s the time of year when my thoughts turn toward thankfulness and gratitude, though I try to keep them tuned in that direction year round. There are many things that I think we all can be thankful for, but I wanted to take a few moments this week and share with you the five things I’m thankful for in FundRaiser Software.

1) An intuitive interface. FundRaiser holds a lot of data on your donors and organization, which is a good thing. It can also get overwhelming, too. The intuitive way that you can move through FundRaiser allows you to access, sort, and filter, all that data so you can make the best contacts you can with your donors.

2) Groupings. Want to find out who donated last year (General Gifts), attended an event (Category Code), but didn’t respond to a summer mailing you did (Gift motivation code)? We have a grouping for that. Groupings are a great way to get very specific groups of donors for mailings, invitations, or even outreach.

3) Automatic Correspondence. Thanking your donors has never been easier. It doesn’t matter if you have five or fifty letters to print with one or more templates. They will print automatically for you. Print your envelopes and labels, too. You can even email from this menu.

4) Scalability. Whether you’re starting out with FundRaiser Spark or working with the full version of FundRaiser Professional FundRaiser Software grows with you.

5) Great Technical Support. I may be a little biased since I work in the Technical Support department, but I love our support team. We know it’s your job to know your organization’s needs; it’s ours to know how to help you with the questions you have. We’re available through email or on our toll-free line, and we’re glad to help.

There’s so much more that I could list, and maybe that’s a blog for another time. Most of all, I think the biggest thing that I’m thankful for with FundRaiser is how easy it makes it for you to communicate with and track your donors.
