Q: How do I Update an Older Version?

A: To find out what version you are currently using, click on the Help menu, then on About.

With FundRaiser Spark, Select, and Professional, updates are included in your Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP), so if you let your AMP contract lapse, there will be an update charge to get to the current version.

If your AMP is current and you just want to update, visit the Customer Portal to download and install the latest update. Our support staff will gladly assist with this process if you request.

To find out the date that your Annual maintenance Plan expired go to the Options menu and select General.
