To find out what version you are using, click on the Help menu, then on About.
Updates to your software are always included with your Annual Maintenance Plan; if you have a Hosted or Online version, they are automatic. If you have a FundRaiser Installed version, you'll need to download and install the updates, and our helpful Support Techs are happy to walk you through the process and make sure that the update installs successfully.
If you currently have FundRaiser Installed and want to update, program Updates can be downloaded from within the Customer Portal. If you have forgotten your Username and Password for the Customer Portal, call Support and they can help you. 800-543-4131
If your annual AMP contract has lapsed, you can purchase the updates along for a small Update Fee, or you can renew your Annual Maintenance Plan and save 50% on the update fee. (If you want to move to the next level of program, go to the integrated growth path page).
