Request Username and Password

Your organization, if they would like to, can create their own username/password combination or to have FundRaiser create one for them.

(Note:  Username and password are NOT able to be changed by the User.  Can only be changed by This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. )

Username /Password Requirements: 
  • Username Requirements:  Any six (6) characters followed by Agency ID,  ex.  Abcdef001253.   Not Case sensitive If Current, use Agency ID of current program
  • Password Requirements:  Any combination of letters/numbers, minimum 6 characters long, One Uppercase, One Lowercase and two Numbers.  Password is CASE SENSITIVE
