Short Take: Get Reminded

When you create a “tickle” or reminder in Fundraiser Software, it will show up on the Task List when the program opens if it is due, or overdue. However, with the release of 5.20, we have an even more visible way of being reminded. Now, when a tickle is due, a reminder will show in the upper right-hand corner of the program until the reminder is marked completed.

When you click on the reminder button, the task list will open and show you how many reminders you have outstanding.

This will open the Staff Tickles window, which will show all outstanding reminders.

From here, you can take any necessary action on your reminder. Once it is marked complete, the reminder button will go away and your tickles will be removed from your task list.

We’ve added this new feature for 5.20 based on requests from our customers, and we hope you like this new reminder service. If you would like to upgrade to the latest version, please reach out to our support team by phone or email to schedule a time for the software upgrade.
